Glensone Cottage
Glensone Cottage has recently been extensively
refurbished, and will be receiving guests from
October. The cottage, which comfortably sleeps
six, is ideal for families or small groups.

Facilities
The lounge is located to the front of the cottage
with stunning and uninterrupted views of the River
Nith and Criffel. It is furnished with a
wood-burning stove, television, and a DVD player.
The spacious dining kitchen has a modern fully fitted kitchen
with electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher,
fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, cafetiere,
automatic washing machine, iron and ironing board.
There are three bedrooms: a ground floor bedroom
with double bed and garden views; two first floor
twin bedrooms with river views.
The family bathroom is finished to a high standard
with under floor heating, bath and shower over.
Outside, there is a small front garden and rear
secluded garden. The patio has garden furniture and
a barbecue. We also have a rear porch,
suitable for storing outdoor clothing and equipment.
Additional Information
An interesting feature of
Glensone is that it retains the original outdoor toilet
and wash hand basin.
You will be provided with a complimentary welcome
pack upon arrival.
The cottage is double glazed and centrally heated for year round
occupation.
Our properties are non-smoking, and pets are not
permitted.
A cot and high chair are available on request.
